1. Eligibility

2. Products and Pricing

We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, mistakes may occur. If a product is listed incorrectly or does not match the description, we reserve the right to cancel your order or offer a refund.

Prices and availability may change at any time without notice.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including taxes and shipping fees.

We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

4. Shipping and Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method but are usually 2 to 3 business days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

5. Refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • You must include proof of purchase (order number and email)
  • You must email us at info@bakecargo.com with your reason and any supporting photos

If approved, we’ll refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.

We do not refund items that are used, opened, or returned after 7 days.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if they haven’t shipped yet. To cancel, email info@bakecargo.com immediately with your order number.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our site, including product names, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Bake Cargo. You may not use or reproduce any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bake Cargo is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our products or website. All products are sold “as-is” and used at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in your province.
