Fulfillment Policy
Thank you for shopping with Bake Cargo. Please read our fulfillment, refund, and cancellation policies carefully before placing an order.
Orders placed on bakecargo.com are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
We currently only ship to Canada using Canada Post. Shipping times vary by destination but typically range from 2-3 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will contact you via email or phone if your order is affected.
Refunds & Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number and email)
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order
Please contact us at info@bakecargo.com with your order details and reason for the refund. Once approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item).
We do not offer refunds for:
- Items returned in used or opened condition
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery
- Sale or clearance items marked final sale
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please include a photo in your email so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately at info@bakecargo.com with your order number and cancellation request.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
